Refunds Apply If:

No Refund For:

Return Conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

By becoming a Seller, you agree to:

• Complete verification with NID & video proof.

• List only genuine, legal, and self-made/handmade products.

• Ensure timely packaging and delivery.

• Bear responsibility for defective/wrong shipments.

• Accept commissions & payout cycles defined by ShilpoHaat.com.

• Avoid counterfeit or restricted items.

• Take full legal responsibility for your products.

ShilpoHaat.com may suspend/terminate your account for violations.

🛍️ Buyer Policy

By using ShilpoHaat.com as a Buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact & delivery info.

• Respect sellers and ShilpoHaat staff.

• Request refunds/returns only under genuine cases.

• Not misuse the system for fraud.

• Accept minor variations in handmade items (since each craft is unique).

Misuse of the marketplace may result in account suspension.

⚖️ Governing Law

All policies of ShilpoHaat.com are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
